How to Use Dit Da Jow 

This Dit da jow is made from a blend of Chinese herbs soaked in alcohol /water, glycerine / water or infused into massage oil. Do not use on broken skin. External use only. Do not drink. Keep out the reach of children. Keep away from clothing as it may stain. Discontinue use if any skin reaction occurs.

Method 1

Put some Dit Da Jow in a dish and soak a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area. After applying it for a few minutes, rub the bruise from the centre in clockwise circles eventually moving out to the bruise edge, using your thumb to rub into the area.  When the area starts to dry repeat the application two more times

Method 2

Place a small portion of Dit Da Jow into one hand and massage the liquid into the area being treated. Use before and after training or conditioning. For injuries, it should be used as soon as possible following the injury and twice daily until the injury resolves.

Method 3

Soak a cotton wool pad / bandage pad in the Dit Da Jow liniment until it is thoroughly soaked.  Apply to the affected area.  Cover the pad with cling film and leave on overnight.  Remove the clingfilm and pad in the morning.  Retain the pad and remoisten with Dit Da Jow apply nightly until bruising / injury is resolved.  During the day apply Dit Da Jow as method 1 or 2

Method 4

Liniment Soaks can be used particularly for more serious hand or foot injuries or chronic conditions. Pour Dit Da Jow into a container big enough to submerge the injured foot or hand. soak the injured body part in a solution of Dit Da Jow and water. Liniment soak is believed to deliver the herbal properties more deeply and effectively.  However, a larger quantity of Dit Da Jow is required 1litre.  The liniment can be reused multiple time over a period of weeks.  For hand, foot and ankle injuries that are swollen and hot use our Herbal Ice Product San Huang San
