Eu Customers the delivery times are longer, usually 5-7 days, but the parcel has to pass across the customs border and sometimes the package will get delayed in customs.   Partner delivery services in EU & US countries are variable and it can take a number of weeks for the parcel to arrive. 

So Please be patient and keep an eye on the tracking information provided. 

If a parcel is not delivered to EU / US customers within 4 weeks  we will issue a full refund including postage and taxes.

If you item is damaged then please take picture of the item and include with your return request.   If we deem that the product was damaged by the delivery company we will offer you a replacement or full refund .
