UK Shipments

UK Shipments are sent with Royal Mail the cost of the postage is £4.45 for small parcels and £6.95 for medium sized parcels.   We aim to process and ship orders within a 24hr Period and send on 24hr tracked post.

Alternative carriers can be requested but this may incur additional costs and processing time.

We would expect parcels to arrive within a 7 -day period and refunds can be claimed at the end of this period.

EU and US Shipments

EU Shipments are sent by Royal mail.   Once package has left the UK it will arrive in customs in the EU.   It can take several weeks for parcels to clear customs.  Once parcels clear customs in the destination country deliveries will be handled by partnered delivery services in the destination country.

The price for EU postage is £13.50  / €15.53

The price for US shipments is £19.95 / US$ 27.53 + additional import tax
